Sales Policy
Alcom Marine Electronics, Inc. dba AlcomMarine.com reserves the right to refuse sales and/or service to anyone. We also reserve the right to verify payment method, shipping and billing addresses and any other personal information necessary to confirm the validity of an order placed online. For all domestic orders, we will gladly accept payment by credit card, electronic check or cashiers check online, and by check, cash or credit card at our store.
International orders must be paid by Wire Transfer. Alcom Marine Electronics, Inc. will E-mail Wire Transfer instructions to the address provided on the order. Merchandise will be shipped upon bank verification of payment received. There are no returns accepted on International orders. See our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Alcommarine Electronics, Inc. will accept returns of items delivered within the 50 United States only.
All international orders are final.
Any product, except software, CD's, product literature and manuals, may be returned if accompanied with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 14 days from Product receipt. There is a 15% open box fee for the return of all products that are returned in a non-factory sealed box unless exchanged for that exact item. Software, CD's, product literature and manuals may not be returned for a refund but may be exchanged for similar items if unopened.
For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. When returning Product to the Alcom Marine Electronics store, please be sure to bring the credit card used for the purchase. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. The value of missing accessories and any applicable open box fee will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.
Merchandise purchased on-line through AlcomMarine.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail, UPS or FedEx to our Newport Beach location.
Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. Please allow 14 days from when we accept your Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
For Product that we verify to be defective we will pay ground service freight in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed. Expedited freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and not Alcom Marine Electronics, Inc.
